Membership & Access
Membership Agreements — All workspace memberships require a signed membership agreement. Terms vary based on workspace type (private office, coworking, virtual office, etc.).
Access Hours — Access hours depend on your membership plan. Private offices and enhanced coworking include 24/7 access. Standard coworking provides access Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
Access Cards — Members receive access cards for building entry. Lost or damaged cards may incur replacement fees.
Membership Termination — Month-to-month memberships require 30 days written notice for termination. Deposits are refundable upon satisfactory condition of workspace.
Payment Terms
Monthly Billing — Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first day of each month.
Payment Methods — We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers for membership payments.
Late Payments — Payments received after the 5th of the month may incur late fees. Accounts more than 15 days past due may result in access suspension.
Deposits — Security deposits are required for most memberships. Deposits are refundable within 30 days of membership termination, less any damages or outstanding balances.
No Refunds — Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Workspace Usage
Professional Conduct — All members must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in membership termination.
Noise Levels — Maintain reasonable noise levels to respect other members working in shared spaces.
Cleanliness — Keep your workspace, common areas, and meeting rooms clean. Dispose of trash properly and clean up after yourself.
Food & Beverages — Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas. No alcohol without prior approval. Clean up spills immediately.
Prohibited Activities — Illegal activities, smoking, vaping, harassment, solicitation, and unauthorized subletting are strictly prohibited.
Meeting Rooms & Shared Spaces
Booking Required — Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance through our booking system.
Cancellation Policy — Meeting room cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit booking credits or incur charges.
Time Limits — Respect scheduled booking times. Rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of your reservation.
Room Condition — Leave meeting rooms clean and arranged as you found them. Report any equipment issues to staff immediately.
Internet & Technology
WiFi Access — High-speed WiFi is provided for business use. Do not engage in illegal downloads, excessive bandwidth consumption, or activities that compromise network security.
Network Security — Members are responsible for securing their own devices and data. Verve is not liable for security breaches on personal devices.
Equipment Use — Office equipment (printers, copiers, displays) is for member use only. Report malfunctions to staff immediately.
Mail & Package Handling
Virtual Office Services — Virtual office members may use Verve's address for business registration and mail receiving.
Mail Notification — We notify members when mail or packages arrive. Unclaimed mail held beyond 30 days may be returned to sender.
Package Liability — Verve is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We provide mail handling as a courtesy service.
Address Usage — Members may not use Verve's address for any illegal purposes or in ways that misrepresent their business relationship with Verve.
Liability & Insurance
Member Liability — Members are responsible for their personal property, equipment, and belongings. Verve is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to member property.
Insurance Requirement — Members with private offices are encouraged to maintain their own business insurance covering property and liability.
Indemnification — Members agree to indemnify and hold Verve Workspace harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the facility.
Limitation of Liability — Verve's liability is limited to the amount paid by the member in the preceding three months.
Privacy & Data
Personal Information — We collect member information for account management and billing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Confidentiality — Members must respect the confidential nature of other members' work and conversations within the workspace.
Security Cameras — Common areas may be monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes.
Modifications & Termination
Terms Updates — Verve reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service with 30 days notice to members.
Membership Termination by Verve — Verve may terminate memberships immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.
Member Termination Rights — Members may terminate month-to-month memberships with 30 days written notice.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Arbitration — Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Texas, unless both parties agree to alternative resolution.
Legal Fees — The prevailing party in any dispute may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
