Rachael Rolon is a co-founder of Verve Workspace and the head attorney at The Rolon Law Firm. Her passion for coworking stems from her experience running a successful law firm and recognizing the need for a space where all professionals can thrive. Rachael’s vision is to provide an environment that meets the unique needs of professionals, empowering them to focus on their work while feeling supported.

Lee Wilson is a co-founder of Verve Workspace and a skilled tax attorney specializing in tax controversy at the federal, state, and local levels. Lee’s passion for coworking spaces stems from his own experience navigating the needs of his law practice. He saw the value in creating a workspace that offers both the privacy and professionalism required for legal work, while also fostering collaboration and community for all types of professionals.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Kathleen McMath is the Community Manager at Verve Workspace. With a strong background in the coworking industry, she is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment, building strong connections, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for members. Outside of her role at Verve, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local coffee shops, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

Ashley is the friendly face you’ll see at the front desk as Verve Workspace’s Community Coordinator. A senior at Oak Ridge High School, she brings energy and creativity to her role, managing social media, assisting with marketing campaigns, and organizing social events that bring our community together. When she’s not at work, Ashley loves listening to music, spending time with friends and family, and playing pickleball.
